The Francis Marion Chapter, NSDAR, awarded are high school seniors with the DAR Good Citizen award. These students attended a luncheon with parents and school representatives where they were presented with their awards.
The winner of the Francis Marion Chapter, NSDAR, Good Citizen Essay Contest for 2014 is Abigail Greenberg, from St. James School. Her essay was also the winner of the Southeast District, ASDAR, contest. Her winning essay was entered in the State contest. Participation in the essay contest is voluntary for winners of the Good Citizen Award.
